Privacy Policy

Studio Pisqu (“Pisqu”, “we”) is a design and commerce studio based in Istanbul, Türkiye. This page explains what happens to your information when you visit this site or get in touch with us.

What we collect

You can browse this site without telling us who you are. We do not run accounts, newsletters or analytics here, and we do not keep a database of visitors.

• Project brief. The form on the Contact page runs in your browser. When you press “Schedule a call”, your answers (what you are interested in, your timing, your note, your name, email and brand or website) are passed to Calendly so they arrive with your booking. This site does not store them.
• Email. If you write to us, we receive your address and your message and keep them to reply and to work with you.

Services we use

• Calendly books our calls. Once you continue to Calendly, Calendly’s privacy policy applies to what you enter there.
• Google Meet hosts our calls.
• Google Fonts delivers the typefaces on this site. To do that, Google receives your IP address and browser details (Google’s privacy policy).
• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and time of request, to deliver and protect the site.

Links to Instagram, YouTube and our clients’ websites take you to other sites with their own policies.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set cookies of its own. It saves two small items in your browser: your light or dark mode choice, kept until you clear it, and a note for the page transition, cleared when you close the tab. Neither is sent to us.

If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first, and you will be able to change your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and booking details while we are in touch or working together, and longer only where the law requires it, for example for invoices. Then we delete them.

Your rights

Under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask what information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Write to hello@studiopisqu.com. We reply within one working day and complete requests within 30 days. You can also contact the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
